Lady Bay Resort - Warrnambool

I had a really nice stay at Lady Bay Resort during my business trip. the units, especially on level 3, were well-sized and beautifully furnished. the location is fantastic, situated on a Peninsula just a short ten-minute drive from the town center. It's also conveniently close to a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, and the beautiful Warrnambool beach, harbour.

Perfect and stunning location to the main shopping district, easy to get around.

the restaurant was really nice for breakfast here, i had excellent dishes. the staff were very amiable and location was unbeatable. there were the main shopping centre and the sunday market around the hotel.

No leisure facility

Huge a nice size rooms with a nice view and internet connection, as example, friendly efficient stuff. Peaceful and comfy location for our needs, just next door to Right near the Ocean with stunning views and pier and stringray bay and the walking trails and ocean.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lady Bay Resort! Everything is beautiful, and all the staff are friendly and efficient. the location is absolutely ideal, situated close to both the beach and the scenic lake area. You also have easy access to the estuary with the river flowing out to the harbour breakwater and the town center. the in-house restaurant offers fantastic service and delicious food, making it a perfect dining option. the service and food were excellent!

View from the windows of our apartment (but need to make sure you have that category of accommodation). We did not but were able to upgrade and were lucky and the managment were helpful so that we could stay in the same apartment and not have to move.

The hotel is further from the center of town than described--really no option but to drive. Outdoor furniture on the small balcony a bit worse for the wear and we were missing the small table obvious on the other apartmetns. Breakfast really not worth it--better to buy provisions in the town and do your own. The restaurant is adequate, not great. Again, we did a picnic style dinner and thoroughly enjoyed!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the estuary where the river meets the harbor breakwater. It's also just a short distance from beautiful beaches, like Stingray Bay, as well as parks and a lovely lake. 🌊.

I had a great experience at this family-run hotel. the food was fantastic, and the staff were really knowledgeable and patient. the restaurant was lovely, offering excellent service and delicious meals. 🙂.

The unexpected upgrade was amazing!

Receptionist could not find our booking and was quite rude about the whole thing, in the end I said we would go for a drive and gave her my number to call when it was sorted. After a hour we decided to go back as we had not heard from her and when we got there she had found it but didn't bother to call us. I booked this hotel and the luxury suite for the sole purpose that it had a spa bath. The bathroom was nothing like the photo's the spa bath was enclosed as it doubles as a shower and was not romantic at all. Also the luxury suite was quoted as having ocean or river views it was quite disappointing when my room looked at a car park and a skate park with a tiny bit of river seen after those. I would not stay there again there a plenty of other choices in town. I paid the extra for the facilities and the view but what I received was not worth paying the extra for.
